Philippines e‑Visa for Indian Citizens
Currently, Indian citizens do not need to apply for a Philippines e‑Visa for short tourist visits because the government has introduced visa‑free entry options: Indian passport holders can enter the Philippines without a visa for up to 14 days for tourism as long as they meet certain entry requirements such as a passport valid for at least six months, confirmed accommodation, proof of funds, and a return or onward ticket. This visa‑free stay is non‑extendable and non‑convertible.
Additionally, Indian travelers who hold valid visas or residence permits from countries like the United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Schengen states, Singapore, or the United Kingdom (AJACSSUK) may enjoy up to 30 days of visa‑free entry for tourism under similar conditions.
For longer stays, work, study, or other purposes, Indian citizens must still apply for a Philippine visa through the proper diplomatic channel (embassy or consulate) or the official e‑Visa system if eligible, depending on the type of visit and travel plans.
